This page explains what data NT Software collects on this website, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can see, correct or delete it. We follow Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, the LGPD).

## 1. Who is responsible for your data

NT Software, based in São Paulo, Brazil, is the controller of the data collected here. For anything about your data, write to [contact@ntsoftware.com.br](mailto:contact@ntsoftware.com.br).

## 2. What we collect

- **Contact form:** name, email, phone, what you tell us about the project, how you prefer to be contacted and the page language.
- **Where you came from:** if you arrived through an ad or link, we keep the Google click ID (gclid), the campaign details (UTM) and the website that sent you. This is sent along with the form.
- **Conversations:** whatever you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- **Technical data:** like any website, our hosting receives your IP address, browser and the page visited, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

We don’t ask for sensitive data (such as health, religion or ethnic origin), and the site is not meant for people under 18.

## 3. What we use it for

- Replying to you and preparing a proposal, which is what you asked for when you filled in the form.
- Learning which ads and channels bring contacts, so we can spend better on marketing.
- Measuring results in Google Ads, if you accept cookies.
- Meeting legal obligations and defending ourselves in a dispute.

We don’t sell your data and we don’t send newsletters unless you ask.

## 4. Legal basis

- **Contact and proposal:** steps taken before a contract, at your request (LGPD art. 7, V).
- **Contact origin and site security:** our legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), always kept to the minimum needed.
- **Google Ads cookies:** your consent (art. 7, I), which you can withdraw at any time.

## 5. Cookies

The site stores in your browser only what it needs to work: the theme (light or dark), the language you chose, your answer to the cookie notice and, during the visit, where you came from.

Google Ads cookies are only used if you click “Accept” on the notice. With them, Google links the contact to the ad that brought it and receives the form’s email and phone in scrambled form (one-way encryption), to count results accurately. If you decline, no ad cookie is stored and Google only receives unidentified signals used in overall statistics.

## 6. Who we share it with

We use a few services to run the website and reply to contacts. They only process data for that:

- **Amazon Web Services (AWS):** hosts the site, receives the form and emails the new-contact alert.
- **Slack:** where the team gets the new-contact alert.
- **Google (Gmail and Google Ads):** the team’s inbox and ad measurement.
- **ImprovMX:** forwards email sent to our domain to the team’s inbox.
- **WhatsApp (Meta):** if you choose to talk there.

We may also share data when the law or a court order requires it.

## 7. Data outside Brazil

These services store data on servers outside Brazil, mainly in the United States. This is needed to reply to you (LGPD art. 33, IX), and all of them have their own data protection commitments.

## 8. How long we keep it

- **Contacts that didn’t become a project:** up to 2 years after the last conversation. Then we delete them.
- **Contacts that became clients:** while the contract lasts and for as long as the law requires for tax and contract records (usually 5 years).
- **Google Ads cookies:** up to 90 days.

## 9. Your rights

At any time and free of charge, you can:

- confirm whether we hold your data and access it;
- correct incomplete or wrong data;
- ask us to delete your data or stop it from identifying you;
- withdraw your cookie consent;
- find out who we share your data with;
- take your data to another provider.

Just write to [contact@ntsoftware.com.br](mailto:contact@ntsoftware.com.br). We reply within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you can also complain to Brazil’s data protection authority (ANPD) at [gov.br/anpd](https://www.gov.br/anpd).

## 10. Security

The site only works over a secure connection (HTTPS), and access to contacts is limited to the team that handles them. No system is 100% secure, but if an incident could affect you, we will tell you and the ANPD.

## 11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. Important changes are also announced here on the site.
